The 3 Steps to Learning TM

1. Info session by a certified TM teacher

2. Learn TM (over 4 consecutive days)

The TM course is carefully designed to ensure anyone can learn the TM technique. After 60+ years of teaching millions of people, we are happy to offer a TM course option to fit any schedule taught by women for women.

Day 1: Personal instruction

One-on-one instruction (60-90 minutes) with your certified TM teacher, in-person. Course fee is required prior to this step.

Days 2 to 4: Small group sessions

  • Option A: In-person
    Small group sessions with your teacher (1-2hrs each day).
  • Option B: In-person instruction & at home learning
    After the first day of personal instruction, the following three days can be completed at home through our app (1.5-2 hrs each day) plus short online individual and group sessions with your teacher (30 minutes each day).

3. Follow-up sessions

Once you've learned TM you'll have everything you need to meditate effectively. During your first 6 months we recommend attending regular group and personal "meditation checkups" which can be done remotely or in-person – to ensure that your TM is easy and enjoyable, and you are gaining the full benefits. These are included in your course fee.

Includes lifetime followup and the ability to join centre activities wherever in the world you find yourself.
