“I was driven to learn meditation skills by the stressful nature of my life, which was taking a toll on my health, well-being, my relationships with others and my enjoyment of life. Meditation is my relief from a busy world. I enjoy the quiet solitude and the sense of nurturing myself. Others reflect on my calm state and my ability to get so many things done and still keep going.”
Liz Koh – Financial Advisor, Board Director
With over 6 million people worldwide having learnt the TM technique, the health benefits have been clearly documented in more than 400 peer-reviewed research studies. It’s easy to learn and practise – even if you usually find it hard to meditate. And it’s enjoyable, effortless and flexible, leaving women feeling more relaxed, calm and energised.
TM training and practice can be conducted in a time-efficient, effortless manner that doesn’t detract from work time, in three easy steps both in-person and via Zoom.
Studies have shown that TM is more than twice as effective at reducing stress than any other form of relaxation. TM has become a vital part of stress-management programmes for hundreds of companies throughout the world. Research carried out in a chemical factory in Detroit, USA, showed remarkable results over a three year period. As TM was introduced to more and more employees, absenteeism dropped by 82% and profits rose by over 500%.
A study of executives and workers in the automotive industry found that after three months of regular practice of the TM program, employees showed increased professional and personal satisfaction, in comparison to controls from the same work sites.
