Over that time, I have consistently seen there is great benefit to be gained. As the mind transcends the body gains the deep rest needed to rejuvenate and re balance, relieve anxiety and depression, reduce cortisol to improve sleep and increase dopamine the ‘happiness hormone’. With the deep rest of TM we grow in creativity, clear thinking and inner calm.
